Build With Claude Code · Session 3
Give your bot a voice
Build a rich personal corpus by talking. Same chatbot, dramatically better answers, without changing a line of code.
Same bot, better document
Resume-only bot
"They've held roles in operations and marketing and have relevant leadership experience."
Corpus bot
"She led a 6-person team through a billing-system migration, cut errors 40%, and shipped it two weeks early."
Same question. Same code. The only thing that changed is the document behind the bot.
The whole idea in one move
We don't change the bot's code. We make the document better, and the bot gets better.
Resume → a site. Resume → a chatbot. Now: a rich, you-shaped corpus → a chatbot that sounds like you. That's RAG, proven.
Wispr Flow: talk, don't type
Hold a key, speak, and clean text appears anywhere. You'll talk your way through 50 questions.
Why talk? It's faster, and it sounds like the real you, which is exactly what makes the bot feel like you.
The build
- Answer ~40 of the 50 recruiter questions out loud
- 4 to 8 sentences each, real names / numbers / outcomes
- Don't stop to fix typos, just keep talking
- Only say what's safe for a public website
- Land at 20+ pages of raw answers (messy is fine)
From mess to corpus
- Drop your raw answers into the project
- One prompt: clean it, strip anything private, organize it
- Review what it removed; you decide what's public
- Delete the raw file, then redeploy. The same bot now uses the new corpus
Don't skip the privacy review. The bot says whatever's in the corpus, so this is your moment to control exactly what a stranger can learn. And everything in the project folder goes live. Delete raw-answers.md before you redeploy.
The guardrail still holds
The bot still answers only from your corpus.
That rule from Session 2 hasn't changed. You just gave it a much deeper well to draw from. Same safety, far better answers.
Your turn
- Talk through the 50 questions → 20+ raw pages
- Generate a clean, public-safe corpus and review it
- Redeploy; test the deep questions the old bot fumbled
- (Optional) add an FAQ section from your best answers
Follow the
Session 3 handout (corpus prompt, copy button, and your questions) to do it without the video.
15 things you could build next
Same pattern every time: good context in, you stay the editor, ship. A few of these I built myself, starting from exactly where you are now.
- Auto-draft replies to your most common emails
- Grade anything against a rubric (I built Rubrica)
- Price a repair from a photo of the damage (SiteProof)
- Turn receipts or notes into a clean spreadsheet
- A coach that reads your fitness data: rest or ride?
- A study buddy grounded in your course notes
- Turn meeting transcripts into action items
- A personal CRM that remembers everyone you meet
- Categorize your spending from a bank export
- Plan meals from a photo of your fridge
- Tailor your resume to any job posting
- A trip planner grounded in your saved places
- Flashcards from any PDF or textbook chapter
- A bot that answers from your team's docs
- A landing page + waitlist for your idea, today
The on-ramp is done
Now build something you care about
Live site, a bot that sounds like you, a corpus you can keep growing. Pick a project, build it with Claude Code, link it from your site. The pattern never changes: good context in, stay the editor, ship.
